What is a Premium Will?
Our Premium Will Service is designed for people whose family, assets or wishes need more personal planning and customised drafting than a standard online flow. The service is provided through a private meeting with a NobleWills estate-planning specialist, in person or by video call where available. It may suit complex family situations, business interests, overseas assets or specific wishes.
What is the difference between the Premium Will Service and the Online Will Service?
The Premium Will Service begins with a private planning conversation and provides customised drafting and review. The Online Will Service is self-guided and is generally suited to wishes that fit its standard structure. Premium offers added flexibility within the service scope confirmed for your circumstances.
What does the Premium Will Service include?
The service includes a private estate-planning session, customised Will drafting, supporting documents where relevant, and review and amendments before signing. Permanent and temporary guardian appointments, professional printing, and signing and witnessing support are included only where relevant and available. The exact scope is confirmed for your circumstances before you proceed.
Does the Premium Will Service include investment, tax or financial advice?
No. NobleWills does not provide investment, tax or financial advice. We can help identify issues raised by overseas assets or family circumstances, but you may need independent advice from an appropriately qualified adviser in each relevant jurisdiction.
Does the Premium Will Service include signing and witnessing?
Signing and witnessing support may be included where the service is available and appropriate for the relevant Will. We will confirm the available arrangement for your circumstances and provide the applicable signing instructions before the Will is signed.

How do I book the Premium Will Service?

What happens if I need to cancel or change an appointment?
Contact the team as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. We will confirm the options that apply to your booking under the current Terms of Service.
Does the Premium Will Service include storage of my Will?
Storage is a separate option where available; it is not automatically included with every Premium Will. Please contact us for more information on terms, and pricing.
What happens if I do not renew a storage membership?

What is the process for the Premium Will Service?
The Premium Will Service has five stages. We first ask about your family, assets, wishes and relevant jurisdictions to confirm the service scope. You then meet privately with a NobleWills Will Specialist, online or in person where available. We prepare your customised Will and any included supporting documents, after which you review the draft, ask questions and request changes. Once the documents are finalised, we provide signing and witnessing guidance. In-person support, storage and future update options are available only where applicable.
